Our day begins promptly at 8:50am. Students who arrive after the 8:50 bell must report to the office for a late pass.

8:40am Supervision Begins
9:00am to 10:40am   Session one and two
10.40am - 10:45am Morning Tea eaten inside
10:45am - 11.15am Recess
11.15am - 12:50pm Session three and four
12:50pm - 1:00pm Lunch eaten inside
1.00pm - 1:40pm Lunch
1:40pm - 3.20pm Session five and six
3:15pm  Bus travellers dismissed
3.20pm  School Ends
3:40pm Supervision Ends

Parents should note the times of supervision and be aware that the school does not accept legal responsibility for the supervision of children outside these stated hours. Children requiring care before 8:40am or after 3:40pm should make use of the The Y Ballarat Out of School Hours Care service. Bookings for OSHC must be made directly with The Y Ballarat- the school is unable to take bookings. Contact: 0400 886 524.

Children are not permitted to leave the school grounds during the school day. If parents are collecting children from school during the day for any reason, eg medical appointments, they must arrange to do so from the Office and staff must be notified.
