Ararat Primary School or 800 as it is locally known is a vibrant, inclusive and nurturing school environment, that provides the best learning opportunities for all students. We prepare our students to be resilient, respectful and valued members of our community.
Our dedicated staff design and implement comprehensive teaching and learning programs which are targeted, and respond to the learning needs of all our students.
The School values of Respect, Integrity, Courage and Honesty are explicitly taught through our School Wide Positive Behaviour Support program, which is embedded in all aspects of learning at our school.
Ararat Primary School is proud of its rich history as a leader in the creative, visual and performing arts. Our annual school production showcases the sophisticated skills that our students acquire throughout their time at Ararat 800. We also offer a number of unique extra-curricular programs which include instrumental music lessons, Band, Choir and Circus Skills.
